10:30 a.m.: Bread is placed in the communal oven
11:00 a.m.: Start of the transhumance
11:30 a.m.: Bread sale (fresh out of the oven)
12:00 PM: Barbecue begins at the Church Square
And all day long: exhibition of traditional costumes featuring a lace maker; Pépé’s blacksmith shop; music and singing; a fire pump demonstration; discussions on pastoralism with local herders and farmers; representatives from the Chianale Costume Museum; smugglers… and much more to discover!
