La fontaine Fournet

Very pretty pink marble fountain with its successive tubs which, in the past, had a very different use than the pleasure of the eyes! Before the adduction of drinking water which in some mountain hamlets arrived very late - in Fournet in 1965 - the fountain was used both for water supply, washing clothes but also for fire defense.
