In an old building from the 15th century, the gîte has a surface area of 300m². It is composed of three floors served by a wide main staircase common to your host's house. The garden level gives you access to your private terrace which leads to the spa and the rest of the garden. The spa will allow you to enjoy a 7-seater cedar wood jacuzzi and a sauna with shower and changing room as well as the swimming pool in the summer.
The first floor will give you access to a part where you will find bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, and another part with a large living room / TV and a floor giving onto a mezzanine and three bedrooms.The gîte offers all the necessary comfort for a moment of rest or relaxation. It is a starting point for summer hiking and white water activities but also for winter holidays with access to the ski resorts (Serre Chevalier at 5 min and Montgenèvre at 20 min)
