Museum lectures: e : 'St eEldrade : Les serpents se mangent en dessert à Lambesc'

Was Saint Eldrade born in Ambel near Corps (38) or in Lambesc (13) in 781? In 825 he was elected prior of Novalaise Abbey, and he founded a monastery at Le Monestier de Briançon in 860. He is the patron saint and founder of Le Monêtier. Later, his veneration spread to Lambesc – but why? Be that as it may, he is still celebrated in Lambesc every 13 March.
